The Nigerian currency, Naira, was valued against the US dollar on the official market on Friday.
Foreign exchange data of Bank Nigeria (CBN) central bank shows that Naira is traded N1, 580.44/$ 1 compared to N1, 584.95/$ 1 for Thursday.
This represents the profit N4.51 for local currencies.
In the black market, Naira obtained the N10 against the dollar to trade at N1.615/$ 1 compared to the previous day level N1, 625/$ 1.

Likewise, Naira obtained the N10 against the British pound to trade at N2.160/£ 1 compared to the previous N2.170/£ 1.
Naira continues to survive with Canadian dollars to trade at N1.200/Ca $ 1.
Naira, however, loss of N5 to the euro to be traded in ₦ 1,810/€ 1 compared to the previous day level ₦ 1,805/€ 1.
