Judge Rahman Oshodi from the Lagos State Special Violation Court, Ikeja, on Tuesday ordered the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) to provide an investigation report and E-State Bank Keystone with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
The judge gave an order in the ongoing trial from the former Director of the Corporation Asset Management of Nigeria (AMCON), Ahmed Kuru, for alleged N20 billion fraud.
He directed EFCC to serve the court and defense with documents.
Judge Oshodi said the decision would form the next trial phase, ensuring that the defense had full access to the prosecutor’s evidence before the further process.
He postponed this case until October 6 for further processing.
Kuru was charged on February 11 with Sigma Golf Nigeria Limited on the accusations of six conspiracy counts to steal, steal, and transfer property originating from stealing, to hide the origin and avoid legal consequences.

While Kuru claimed to be innocent, Sigma Golf, represented by its chairman, Hamidu-Modibbo, submitted a request for guilty under the bargaining agreement.
Following the defense offer, the court punished the company and ordered the confiscation of all their rights and interests in the Bank Keystone shares unit to the federal government.
EFCC said the defendants and others were still in broad violation around 2016.
According to the commission, the defendants conspired to steal by dishonestly converting N20 billion, Amcon property, through heritage Bank Limited, for the use of Sigma Golf for the acquisition of Keystone Bank Limited.
EFCC also stated that Sigma Golf and others transfer the N10 billion obtained directly from theft, to hide the origin of the number and avoid legal consequences.
