What I mean by non -Kinetic measures are the social, political and economic dimensions of the crisis. Our non -Kinetic measures have produced positive results with the support of the Nigerian military”, said the governor.
On repentant fighters, he said: “Yes, I believe among the 500,000 or more who have repented, I cannot exclude the possibility that some of them return to the bush”.
Governor Zulum, whose state is the epicenter of the lethal activities of the terrorists of Boko Haram/Iswap, is not the first high profile official to blow up the whistle on terrorist informants and their collaborators in the corridors of power.
