Taylor Swift gave a detention order to the stalker claiming

The popular American country music singer Taylor Swift has been given a temporary detention order in response to a man named Brian Jason Wagner who continues to come to his house in Los Angeles and says he is the mother of his son.

Court records claim that Swift has been harassed for years by Wagner, a 45-year-old Colorado man. He allegedly sent an e -mail that was troubling to his employees and made many home calls since 2024, including one in May 2025.

Swift stated in his legal submission that Wagner made “various statements about living in my property,” “was in a relationship with me,” and “believe that I am the mother of his son,” all he described as “incorrect and cut off from reality.”

The 35 -year -old singer stated in the petition that Wagner visited his home in Los Angeles for the first time in 2024 and made several trips back in July that year.

“On at least one occasion in July 2024, Mr. Wagner brought a glass bottle that could be used as a weapon,” documents submitted by Swift Read.

In addition, the Swift security team learned that Wagner had been in prison and had written a long and delirious letter from there, telling a false story about his involvement in his personal life and fictitious romance.
