City FC responds to the accusations of coach Bunmi Blair

City FC is forced to respond to the accusations made by coach Bunmi Blair of the Family Adoration Center (FWC) about the recent club of the club at the Kaduna Center of the NLO1 promotional playoffs. City FC describes the statements of coach Blair of partial referees as unfounded and harmful to the reputation of his club and the league, and it is essential to clarify the record.

“We would like to remind coach Blair that City FC had already described for the next stage with two victories before his party against FWC, which makes his accusations of highly questionable partial officers. In addition, the claims of coach Blair of a fine manufactured in favor of the city remain speculation without concrete evidence.”

“We found that coach Blair instructed his players to sit in the grass in protest of arbitration, which can put the game at discount and deter sponsors to support the League. As a respected member of the football community, coach Blair should know better than participating in the behavior that undermines the integrity of the game.”

“We believe that coach Blair’s actions justify disciplinary actions, not only as an answer to our specific situation, but also as a deterrent element for others that could consider similar behavior in the future. We urge the league body to take this matter seriously and impose the necessary sanctions.”

“The success of City FC is based on hard work, dedication and clean play. We will not let accusations tarnish our reputation or distract us from our goals. We will continue to focus on our performance and fight for excellence in the National League of Nigeria.”
