Super Eagles Star, the son of the former governor acquires Rancher Bees FC

The Super Eagles striker and the Real Sociedad Forward, Sadiq Umar, together with the current member of the House of Representatives (Kaduna North), Hon. Bello-Romai, he officially acquired Rancher Bees FC, the historic football club based in Kaduna.

The team is destined to compete in the Nigeria National League (NNL) in the next season.

Rancher Bees FC is a traditional name in the history of Nigerian football, having produced several former international and enjoyed a rich inheritance in the kaduna football scene.

Speaking on the acquisition, Sadiq Urar expressed his excitement for the relaunch of the club’s glory days.

“Me and my partner Hon. We want to bring the club back to his old days of glory. Crescendo, I saw the bees of Kaduna, a club that has produced countless players. It is something of pride and joy for us to be the owners in good faith of the club,” said Sadiq.

The new owners have ambitious plans, with Rancher Bees FC who lies both a team of the Academy and a professional part for the NNL campaign.

“Our goal is to guarantee promotion to the NPFL. I am euphoric from the feedback of supporters of the breeding bees and the people of Kaduna. Reporting the club’s old memories and bringing fans back to the stadium,” added Sadiq.

With the support of the passionate Kaduna fanbase, the new era for Rancher Bees FC promises an exciting journey to restore his legendary past.
