26 year old postponed for fraud, falsification of the certificate in Ibadan

A Consuptial Court of Grado Mapo in Ibadan has postponed a 26 -year -old man, Musa Jafar, for accusations of ₦ 450,000 fraud and falsification of the certificate.

Jafar, who declared himself not guilty of five counts on the border with conspiracy, obtaining for false claim, fraud and falsification, the deposit was granted by the President of the Court, Mrs. Akintayo SM, in the sum of ₦ 400,000 with two surety in a similar amount. A guarantee must be a relative of the blood and the other a leader of the community, both required to present the proof of tax payment to the government of the state of Oyo. The case was updated to August 28th.

Ayodiji Ayeni Ayeni prosecutor told the Court that in June 2024, in the area of Basorun di Ibadan, Jafar, alteo others still in freedom – obtained ₦ 450,000 by Mrs. Naimat Oladepo on the pretext of offering an ICT professional training. Presumably he also presented a false certificate to convince the complaint of his experience.

Ayeni said that crimes marked sections 516, 419, 467 and 390 (9) of the criminal code, Cap 38, vol. II, laws of Oyo State 2000.
