D’Inmpers maintain a perfect run to reach the final of the Afrobasket

Nigeria’s men’s basketball team, D’Mrers, has advanced to the quarter -finals of Fiba’s men’s Afrobasket with the perfect stage of the stage group.

D’Mrers started their campaign with a victory over Madagascar before defeating defending champions Tunisia in their second group match.

Nigerian men managed to wrap the group phase with three wins from three when they saw Cameroon with a score of 99-90.

They finished at the top of Group B, and have a quarter -finals, along with the host Angola and Egypt so far.

In the first quarter, D’Mrers won 28-25, in the second quarter 30-16 benefited them and also in the third quarter, they set aside their opponents 26-12.

But they almost bothered him in the fourth and last quarter, because Cameroon did a better performance to win the quarter with 37-15.

D’Inmer will now face Senegal or South Sudan in the quarter -finals that are collected for August 20.
