Another resident who did not want his name in press said that the deceased, according to reports, published a cryptic farewell message on his social media status Tuesday, mentioning the attack.

“Austin was a popular and very good hairdresser. He was also a producer of skits and had some entertainers like friends. Those close to him said he knew he would die due to a post on his Whatsapp status the day before,” revealed the resident.

In a video sent to our correspondent, the lifeless body of the deceased was seen on the floor in which he was violated to death. Some sympathizers were also seen around the body.

The official of the public reports of the State Police, Benjamin Hundeyin, was not possible to reach because the calls made to his phone were not answered. A text message had not yet been replied from the moment this report had been presented.

According to him, the arrested included Raphael Ashim, 30; Wasiu Kareem, 33; Sadiq Olabisi, 40; Olamilekan Oluwatosin, 27; Olalekan Olugbodi, 54; and Ibrahim Oladimeji, 22.

He explained that the suspicions were presumably involved in a series of clashes of worship in the community and in the surrounding areas, which also led to the death of the 30 -year -old Kamoru. [The Punch]
