Eni Awards 30 post-graduate scholarships to Nigerian graduates

Eni’s branch, Nigerian Agip Exploration Limited (Nae), on behalf of NNPC Limited and Nae PSC, has assigned scholarships to 30 Nigerian graduates for post -Rashate studies in Nigerian and Foreign Universities pursuant to his prizes for the scholarship 2025/2026.

Based on the scheme, 10 beneficiaries will undertake post -laurea studies in various universities in different parts of the world. The remaining winners will pursue their post -Rashate studies in Nigerian universities in disciplines such as engineering, geosciences, oil and environmental technology, energy economy, renewable energy and energy transition.

To the ceremony held to assign the beneficiaries of Abuja, vice president and CEO of Nae, Mr. Fabrizio Bolondi congratulated the winners, stating that the scholarship prize will offer them the opportunity to pursue their dreams and achieve their career goals. “The award ceremony highlights our continuous commitment for the future of education, innovation and the development of skills in Nigeria,” he said. He advised the beneficiaries to use the opportunity to study and acquire valuable skills for the benefit of the country, in particular in the energy sector.

The Chief Upstream Investment Officer of NNPC Upstream Investment Management Services (Nuims), represented by the director of external relations, Edith Bunmi-Lawson, and the deputy director PSC Asset A3 Mr. Paul Duke, were also present at the ceremony.

The post-graduate scholarship program was established by NNPC-NAE PSC Partners in 2007 as part of the society’s development initiatives of the company to promote the acquisition of knowledge and fill the gap of skills in specialized fields relevant to the deep oil and offshore gas operations in Nigeria.
To date, 350 graduates have benefited from the Post -Laurea scholarships patterns, established by the company to contribute to the training of local professionals, providing the knowledge and skills required in the sector.
