The White House increases the Shutdown deadlock, warning the ‘close’ mass shooting

Shutdown of the United States government getting deeper on Wednesday after the last negotiations collapsed, with Democrats leaving Washington without an agreement of funds and the White House that threatened the deduction of the work of the sweeping public sector.

Federal funding ended at midnight after failure by President Donald Trump and parliamentary members to reach an agreement, forcing agents to reduce services. The White House raises further bets, the “soon” layoffs of Federal employees.

The Democratic Senate, which demands an extension of health care subsidies for low -income families, blocks the DPR Bill which is supported by Republicans which will be reopened to reopen government services for several weeks. With the voting postponed until Friday, the hope for the resolution quickly evaporates.

Shutdown has placed around 750,000 federal workers on leave, leaving them without payment until government operations continued. Important staff, including border and military agents, are forced to work without pay, with a missed salary, it is expected that next week. The National Air Traffic Control Association warns the potential for safety risks after more than 2,300 members are sent home.

This dispute brought a higher bet than the previous shutdown, with Trump encouraging to cut the department and threatened to make permanent leave. Spokesperson of the White House Karoline Leavitt confirmed that the government “worked with agencies on all boards to identify where slaughtering could be done … and we believe that layoffs were close.”

Further damper tension, White House official Russell Vought revealed that the Department of Energy Moves to end the clean energy project, all based in the countries led by Democrats. He accused the program of advancing the “Left Climate Agenda.” Meanwhile, the transportation department freezes nearly $ 18 billion in infrastructure funding for New York. Governor Kathy Hochul condemned the move as “political return.”

Shutdowns, repeated symptoms of Washington Gridlock, historically unpopular because they are relied upon services by ordinary citizens, from national parks to allow offices. Terese Johnston, a 61-year-old retired tour guide who visited Washington, regretted the deadlock: “I think our government needs to learn how to work together for people and find ways to make things that don’t happen like this. Democrats, angry with the end of health care subsidies and demolition of the Federal Trump program, use their senate sound as a lever. Republican, however, refused to bow.

Vice President JD Vance, in an extraordinary role as a prominent direction during the White House briefing, attacking Democrats: “They said to us, ‘We will open the government, but only if you provide billions of dollars of funding for health care for illegal aliens.’ That’s a silly proposition.

US law requires emergency medical care for anyone, regardless of immigration status, but an immigrant bar that does not document from receiving the benefits of extended health care demanded by Democrats. Democrats have not introduced any law to cancel this restriction.

House Republicans have passed the Stop-Gap Bill to keep the government fund until the end of November, but the Senate does not have 60 votes needed to advance it. Democrats insist they will not support the action without significant compromise on the proposed expenditure cut, especially in health care.

Republican leaders, who need eight Democratic votes, get support from three moderates on Tuesday but failed again in the voice on Wednesday.

The congress was not scheduled to meet Thursday because of Yom Kippur’s vacation. The senate continued on Friday and was able to sit throughout the weekend, but the Parliament was not expected to return until next week.
