He said the suspects were arrested for committing various violations between July and September 2025.
He added that 57 suspects had been charged in court for prosecution, while 15 others were undergoing investigations for various violations.

CP said: “We managed to find 15 illegal firearms, including AK-47 rifles and locally made pistols, 111 rounds of diverse ammunition, seven vehicles and 25 rusty cows, and returned cattle to legitimate owners.”
He urged officers and men to stop entertaining civilian issues because their duties were clearly guided by the constitution and police law 2020.
He warned that every deviation from legal provisions would attract serious consequences.
“The police may not interfere in pure civilian disputes such as debt recovery, contractual disagreement, rental problems or family problems.
“Police Law 2020 clearly prohibits officers from being used as a tool in personal disputes. Complaints must be referred to competent Civil Courts or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms,” he said.
