As the US-Israel war with Iran enters its fourth week, images emerge of projectiles, including missiles, across the Middle East – some in unexpected locations.

On Tuesday, a girl was photographed in a West Bank village posing next to a missile with its tail fin sticking out of the ground.

This conflict occurred mostly by air, because the US was not willing to deploy ground troops to continue its war goal of regime change in Iran, one of which was because US President Donald Trump has long vowed not to involve America in a “forever war.”

Thousands of munitions have been fired since hostilities began on February 28, with 372 missiles and 1,806 drones launched in the UAE alone.

More than 1,500 people were killed in Iran, more than 1,000 people were killed Lebanonand 18 inches Israelwhile the US has lost 13 military personnel.

Several people were also killed in Gulf countries in the region including Bahrain, the UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia.

Millions of people in Lebanon and Iran were forced to flee.
