Former National Trustee Otunba Salimon Oladiti has emerged as the new president of the Nigerian Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG).
Oladiti was elected last weekend at the union’s sixth quadrennial delegate conference in Lagos.
In the same election, Comrade Akin Oladejo, former Chairman of Oil and Gas Supply (OGS), was elected Vice President.
Details about the conference proceedings and other elected officials were expected as the event continued.
