Top political opposition leaders in the country, on Saturday gathered in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital to discuss pressing national issues, ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The summit of high-level opposition political leaders was hosted by Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde.
Among those present were former Vice President Atiku Abubakar; former Minister of Transportation Rotimi Amaechi; former Kano State Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, and former Osun State Governor Rauf Aregbesola.
Also present included Peter Obi, David Mark, Professor Jerry Gana, chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party faction, Saminu Turaki, and political strategist Pat Utomi.
The summit, currently underway in Ibadan, has attracted many opposition stakeholders from across Nigeria.
