President Bola Tinubu will leave Abuja on Saturday on a three-nation visit to France, Kenya and Rwanda.
This was stated by the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, in his statement, Friday, in Abuja.
He said the President’s first stop would be France.
Tinubu will next travel to Nairobi, Kenya, to attend the Africa-France Summit scheduled for May 11 and May 12.
The summit will be co-chaired by French President Emmanuel Macron and Kenyan President William Ruto.
The focus is on energy transition, green industrialization, digital transformation, climate action and reform of the global financing architecture.

Themed summit “Advanced Africa: An African-French Partnership for Innovation and Growth,” will bring together African and French leaders to discuss economic transformation, infrastructure, youth empowerment and peace building.
Onanuga said Tinubu’s participation underscored Nigeria’s commitment to strengthening strategic partnerships with African countries and France.
Following the Nairobi Summit, the President will travel to Kigali, Rwanda, to attend the Africa CEO Forum being held May 14 to May 15.
Forum, themed “Scale or Fail,” will focus on accelerating Africa’s economic transformation through regional integration and cross-border investment.
Organized in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the event is expected to attract more than 2,000 business leaders, investors and policy makers.
At both summits, Tinubu is expected to highlight his administration’s economic reforms aimed at positioning Nigeria as a top investment destination.
He will also hold meetings with African and global business leaders.
The President will be accompanied on his trip by several ministers and senior aides.
He is expected to return to Nigeria after the Rwanda summit.
