The Director General of alleged fake government agency, Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC) Adeniyi Adeyemi has contacted activist, Vincent Otse popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM) to narrate his role and ordeal in the controversy surrounding the agency.
Controversy continues over the existence of the agency and the role of the President’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila in the saga.
Gbajabiamila continued to deny any knowledge of the existence of the agency or how it could happen, but Adeyemi emphasized that he did not act alone.
Adeyemi in a video call to VDM said he was confused as to why the Presidency called the institution fake, even though it was mentioned in the National Budget.
He also claimed there was an attempt made on his life recently.
President Bola Tinubu has directed the Independent Commission on Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offenses to conduct an investigation into the story and report back within 30 days.
