Janet Adowei Memorial Scrabble Classics: Player Hunts For Honors

As the fourth Edition of Janet Adowei Memorial Scrabble Classics is set to commence in Lagos on November 25 and 26, 2023, Top players are expected to join the hunt for points, honor, and prizes.

The two-day competition, which has developed into a national championship, is about to get underway.

The Opens, Intermediate, and Masters categories will all be played over the course of eighteen rounds of games.

The Janet Adowei Memorial Scrabble Classics tournament was started in 2020 by Ebikeme Adowei in memory of his mother. According to him, it’s his method of keeping people interested in Scrabble, finding new talent, and fostering competition in the nation.

Recall that the previous edition, which took place in Lagos last year, was won by George Ezinore.
