When i was losing weight for health reasons, people asked a lot of questions. Even those that asked me to "watch it' when i was big seemed sad with my weight loss. The main focus is health, when all that body mass and supposed beauty from sugar and starch are worked on, you first appear older, then you gradually adjust into a healthier glow.
