Access Holdings Names Innocent Ike Group MD

Access Holdings Plc confirmed the appointment of Innocent Ike as CEO of the company’s substantial group.

The company revealed it in a company deposit with the Nigerian Exchange Ltd. Thursday.

The declaration stated: “Access Holdings today announces the appointment of Innocent Ike as CEO of the substantial group, in force since 29 August 2025.

“This follows the reception of regulatory approval.

“Mr. Ike will happen to Mrs. Bolaji Agbede, who held the role of CEO of the actor group for 18 months, playing a vital role in driving performance.

“Due to the regulatory clauses on years requested years of experience for the CEO of a financial company, Msa Agbede will return to its role as an executive director, business support.”

The company observed that during Agbede’s mandate, Access Holdings reached significant goals, including the stability of the workforce and the transition without continuity.

These included the management of the transition after the death of the ex -CEO of the group, carrying out the question of the rights of N351 billion and hosting two successful annual meetings.

His leadership and strategic vision not only have maintained the impulse of the company, but also strengthened his competitive position in the sector.

Commenting on development, the president, Mr. Aigboje Aig -imukhuede, he said: “We are pleased to welcome Mr. Innocent Ike while we go on.

“At the same time, we express our deepest gratitude to Mrs. Bolaji Agbede.

“His exceptional contributions in the last 18 months have been precious and we praise his dedication in guiding the company through challenges and opportunities.

“Although the regulatory requirements require this change, we remain grateful for the strong foundation that has thrown”.
