Agency between: Frsc urge the collaboration with Tradoc

… as Nimc argues to enroll in army staff

Minna (basic reporter) in order to improve the collaboration between agencies, the Federal Road Safety Corps (Frsc) has requested the collaboration with the Nigerian army of training and doctrine (Tradoc Na)

The request was submitted by the commander of the sector, RS7.2 of the FSC, command of the state of the Niger, Minna, body commander (cc) Aishat Saadu, Wednesday 28 May 2025, when he made a courtesy visit to the commander, Trad Na, Major General Kevin Aligbe, at the Trade Complex of the Minna Military, Niger State.

The visit underlined the meaning of cooperation integrity in facing emergency responses, road traffic management and the wider safety challenges throughout the state.

CC Aishat Saadu stressed that his visit aimed to solicit continuous support and synergy, while he praised the constant commitment that the Frsc constantly received from the Nigerian army, especially in the protection and training areas, which he has assisted Frsc enormously to download his constitutional mandate.

He also expressed the desire to strengthen the relationship already existing between both agencies within the State of Niger, in particular through prolonged collaboration with Tradoc Na.

The commander of the sector also ensured their commitment not tied to the commander trad na for the discharge of their functions in Niger. He then requested the intervention of the NA when they need any support.

In his observations, the Maj Gen Kevin Aligbe has congratulated CC Saadu for his recent commander of the sector and appreciated the familiarization visit, noting that as a vital effort of the stakeholders commitment to strengthen the intelligence cooperation.

The Maj Gen Aligbe recognized the critical role of the Frsc in eradicating road accidents and the creation of a safe automotive environment in Nigeria, as well as maintaining road discipline and promoting the safety of road users at national level.

He ensured the continuous collaboration and support of the Tradoc body, in particular in training areas such as conferences, seminars, seminars and other social programs.

In a related development, the territorial director, North Central, National Identity Management Commission (Nimc), James Mamza, has during a courtesy visit on Wednesday, supported the importance of Nimc’s services, especially in the sectors of national planning, development and above all national security.

Mamza therefore asked the Tradoc to integrate their efforts by encouraging the NA staff and the entire community of the barracks for enrollment in the national identity card.

He also requested access to the tradoc structures to register military personnel and their families in the national identity management database.

According to the territory. Director, the initiative aligns with the current efforts to record all Nigerian citizens in preparation for the next national census of the population by the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGG).

Mamza outlined the main mandate of Nimc and appealed to support in achievement, in particular under his administration as territorial director of the agency in the central northern area.

He underlined the need for military protection and joint training efforts, among other areas of collaboration.

The Nimc team has also encouraged officials and soldiers to use the Ninuth mobile application available on the Play Store to access their digital Nimc cards for national identification.

In his response, the Maj Gen Aligbe praised Nimc’s efforts in promoting a unified and multipurpose national identity card, obtainable through various banks at national level.

He reiterated the unwavering commitment of the Nigerian army by supporting Nimc in satisfying his mandate to help civil authorities in the management of identities in the interest of safety and national development.

He also ensured the Agency La Retazia di Traoc to provide space and equipment to establish a registration center of the harmonized database inside the barracks and has reaffirmed the will of the command to support national development initiatives.
