Akwa Ibom’s State Police Command has reached a breakthrough in his strong actions against the crime of violence by arresting the desired kingpin abduction, Okon Asuquo Udo, who has avoided arrest for several months.
In a statement issued at UYO on Sunday, Commander of Commander, Timfon John, confirmed that Udo, a native of Ube Village in the Okobo Regional Government area, was tracked and arrested in his hometown.
John revealed that the suspect had long been on the list of orders for the alleged involvement in several kidnappings, including famous cases that shook the country in recent months.

According to him, “Investigation revealed that Udo was the main suspect in the abduction of the most important rulers (names detained) in October 2024 and the wife of an executive chairman (named) in November 2024
