Elvis Nosakhare, a 41 -year -old Nigerian man who lives in the United Kingdom, was sentenced to six years in prison for having sexually attacked his girlfriend’s minor daughter.
According to Thames Valley police, Nosakhare met the victim’s mother through a platform of online appointments before committing the crimes, which investigators described as a “disgusting betrayal of trust”.
The accidents occurred in the area of the Thames Valley and, following a detailed investigation of the unit of abuse of strength minors, Nosakhare was accused and tried at the court of the crown of Aylesbury. He has been declared guilty of two counts for commitment in penetrative sexual activity with a child and three counts of sexual activity does not pen.
In addition to the prison sentence, the Court ordered that Nosakhare was placed in the transgressors of sex recorded for life and imposed a restrictive order against him.
The investigative agent Bryn Smith, who led the investigations, praised the strength of the victim throughout the trial.
“I want to praise the victim for his courage during the investigation and judicial proceedings. I hope this condemns a sense of justice,” he said.
Smith reiterated the commitment of the police of the Thames Valley to support survivors and ensure that the offenders are brought to justice.
Nosakhare, residing in Sheelin Grove in Bletchley, was sentenced on July 29th.
This case comes shortly after the condemnation of another Nigerian man, Kudabo Adwale, who was sentenced to 12 months in prison last month for having sexually attacked a patient while working as a health assistant at the York hospital.
