Another Nigerian pilgrim died in Saudi Arabia

A female Hajj pilgrim from Kaduna State, Hajiya Asma’u Muhammad-Ladan, died at King Fahad Hospital in Saudi Arabia on Friday.

This was disclosed by the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Kaduna State Hajj Welfare Agency, Malam Yunusa Muhammad-Abdullahi, in a statement at Arfat, Saturday.

He said the pilgrim died after a short illness.

Muhammad-Abdullahi, who did not reveal the deceased’s hometown, said he was registered at the agency’s head office.

Muhammad-Ladan is the third Nigerian pilgrim to die in Saudi Arabia this week.

The duo of Salman Alade and Ayishat Ologele of Kwara State were killed in training on Monday.
