APC demands the arrest of female leaders Zamfara PDP

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state of Zamfara on Tuesday condemned the call for violence by the leaders of the Democratic Party (PDP) women in the state, Hajiya Rabi Madawaki.

In a statement issued in Gusau by the Secretary of the State APC Publicity, Yusuf Idris, the party asked the security institution to investigate the problem thoroughly.

“APC as a strong opposition party in the state will not be intimidated by threats from the Government of PDP Zamfara and they must know that the will of the people must win.

“The female leader of the State PDP, Hajiya Rabi Madawaki, made a statement in front of the Governor’s wife, Hajiya Huriyya Dauda.

“The threat and intimidation by the PDP female leader came out in a completely different way but a barbaric to force support and then, votes for the Governor, Mr. Dauda Lawal, in the 2027 Governor Election.

He stressed that elections should always be free, fair, and without violence in civilized society.

The spokesman added: “The administration of the Tinubu Bola President is trying to eliminate such threats to life and property as well as all forms of intimidation from politics.

“The Zamfara chapter from APC will not be afraid of all forms of intimidation and harassment or acts of violence.”
