First of all it is a fake YouTube channel by the name of the bishop. Where is the full video. He was going to answer how the angels and saints answer our requests. He was just explaining how others claim that the saints can't hear and reply at the same time and the bishop was going to answer how the saints and angels hear our requests and answer our prayers. But they cut out the rest of the video and post it. It is a false YouTube channel.
An Orthodox priest who rejects praying to Mary by rejecting the Faith that wherever Christ is, there the saints are with Him? (Jn. 17:24). I understand now why he was excommunicated from Orthodoxy. I am now gradually convince that he is truly a modern Nestorius.
