Armed people on Tuesday attacked the Senator family’s home representing Kogi Central, Natasha Akpoti-Uuduaghan, in the Obeiba community in the Okehi Regional Government in the state.
Commissioner of State Police, Mr. Miller Dantawee, who confirmed this to journalists on Thursday at Lokoja, said the incident occurred on Tuesday night.
He said: “The order had been fully given a briefing about an unfavorable and criminal incident by the LGA Okehi police officer. So far, there was no arrest.
“Investigations of the incident have begun, and we will reach the roots. We will deal with the criminal elements who carry out the attack.”

Akpoti-Uduaghan also confirmed the incident.
He said: “The armed people thought he was in the city and attacked my family’s home on Tuesday night.
“During the attack, security operations and community members immediately responded and expel them.
“No one was injured. The report on the incident was quickly made by the LGA commander’s command.”
