The 2026 Presidents Cup in Imo State will begin on March 24, with a packed schedule of matches scheduled across venues across the state as teams battle for supremacy in one of the most anticipated grassroots football competitions in the region.
The action begins at OISA Stadium on opening day, where Campos B will take on Capt Marvel at 1pm, before Kun-Khalifab takes on Evermore in the 3pm match.
The competition will then move to the Township Stadium, Tetlow Road, which will host the majority of matches during the tournament.
On March 25, Markan will face C&C Academy, while Umuakuma will face Hawks later in the day.
The following day will see Odabro take on Diamond, with Okpotemba clashing with Heartland Feeders in what promises to be a hotly contested bout.
Matches continue on March 30, with Heartland Comets taking on Akudo, while Pakat battles East Coast. On March 31, Akonye takes on Heartland B, before Campos D meets Ave International.
The matches will extend into April, with Giant Brillars taking on Akabo and Stone Soccer taking on Jossy United on April 1. The final round of matches scheduled for April 2 will see Ikukoma take on OISA, while Heartland PE will take on Egbema Bright Stars.
With matches scheduled every day at 1pm and 3pm, football fans will witness exciting encounters as emerging talents showcase their skills in the competition widely regarded as a platform to discover future football stars from Imo State.
