It is a question of informing all regular students that the management of Auchi Polytechnic (Auchipoly) has published the academic calendar of the 2024/2025 academic session. This calendar describes key academic activities, recovery dates, meetings, holidays and exams.
Auchi Academic Calendar Polytechnic
End of the first semester
- March 14, 2025 – The examination ends for all students
- March 15, 2025 – Students leave the residence rooms
- March 27, 2025 – Ministerial Council meeting to examine the results of the first semester
- March 31 – April 1, 2025 – ID El-Fitri Holiday
- April 3, 2025 – Meeting of the School Board to examine the results of the first semester
- April 8 – 9 2025 – Meeting of the Academic Board of Directors for the consideration of the results
Resumption of the second semester
- April 6, 2025 – All students resume for the second half
Vacation
- April 18, 2025 – Good Friday
- April 21, 2025 – Easter Monday
- May 1, 2025 – Workers’ day
- 9 – June 10, 2025 – ID El-Kabir
- June 12, 2025 – Day of democracy
Academic activities
- 23 – June 27, 2025 – Student Week
- June 23, 2025 – Submission of courses and test results
Examination calendar
- July 14, 2025 – Examinations of the second half start for students of the School of Art & Industrial Design
- July 21, 2025 – Examination of the second half start for all other students
- August 6, 2025 – The exams end for all students
- August 7, 2025 – Students leave the campus
Consideration of results
- August 19, 2025 – Meeting of the Ministerial Council to examine the results of the second semester
- August 21, 2025 – Meeting of the School Board for the approval of the results
- August 26 – 27 2025 – meeting of the academic board of directors to finalize the results
