Bobrisky loses $ 990 to the online romantic scam

The popular Nigerian crossdresser and the Socialite, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, revealed how $ 990 was scammed by a man he met online.

Bobrisky made the disclosure on his Instagram page, where he expressed shock for the fall of the scam for a romanticism despite being cautious.

According to him, the scammer had chatted with him for months, claiming to be based in the United States before subsequently saying that he had moved to Canada. According to reports, the individual regularly called him to earn his trust.

“He came to my DM and we talked for months. He called me almost every day. He said he lived in the United States but moved to Canada,” Bobrisky said.

Socialite explained that he asked the man to help receive money from a customer in the United States he wanted to pay through Cashapp. However, once the scammer received the money, he blocked Bobrisky and cut all communications.

“I never thought that in my life I would be a victim. As soon as he got the money, he blocked me immediately,” he added.

Since then Bobrisky has shared the screenshots of the conversation and a photo of the alleged scammer on his Instagram page to warn others.
