Fighters Boko Haram reportedly killed more than 17 fishermen and farmers in Karanti Malanti Village in the Kukawa Regional Government, Borno State.
Residents told reporters on Saturday that the victims were attacked for alleged support for their rival groups, West African Province Islamic State, (Iswap).
The terrorists also kidnapped many others in the attack.
