A backpacker English has claimed to be guilty after fatal crashing into the father of two children while driving electronics under the influence of alcohol in Australia.

Alicia Kemp, 25, crossed the legal limit when he hit Thanh Phan while driving the center of Perth City on May 31.

The 51 -year -old man died in the hospital a few days later after suffering from brain hemorrhage.

Kemp, from Worcestershire, appeared in the Magistrates Perth Court through a video link from prison on Monday.

He acknowledged the dangerous accusation of driving that caused death under the influence of alcohol.

Kemp will remain detained until he appears in the Perth District Court on October 31, when the date will be determined for his sentence.
