The police on Friday charged two brothers Toheeb Wasiu and Usman Wasiu in the ‘A’ Authary Court class who sat in the Mapo Ibadan area, the state of Oyo, for allegedly insulting officers on duty.
They, however, claimed to be innocent for the accusations of two conspiracy accusations and violations of peace submitted against them.
Court President, Ny. SM Akintayo, giving guarantees to the defendants in the number of N200,000 each with two guarantees that can be relied upon in the same amount.
Akintayo ordered that the guarantee must demonstrate proof of three -year tax payment to the OYO state government.

He returned the defendants at the Correctional Center while waiting for the perfection of the guarantee condition and postponed the case until July 2 for the trial.
Previously, prosecution advisors, Insp. Ayodele Ayeni, told the court that the defendants committed a crime on May 13 at the entrance of the Mapo Police Station.
He said the defendants cursed and shouted rough words on Insp. Taiwo IgE and two other operators on duty.
He noted that the violation violated the provisions of section 516 and 249 of the Criminal Code hat. 38 Vol. II Law of Oyo State 2000.
