The Russian Premier League team Baltika Kalinningrad has confirmed the signature of the Chinese Nigerian eaves of the Bulgarian Club Arda Kardzhali in a four -year contract.
The 25 -year -old attacker, born in Jos, Nigeria, joins the Russian outfit after an impressive season in Bulgaria, where he scored eight goals and provided five assists in 29 appearances in the League, helping Arda to ensure a place of qualification of the UEFA Conference League.

Offor, who began his career at Real Sapphire in Nigeria, previously played in the highest category of Latvia for RFS before moving to the United States in 2021, where he appeared in Major League Soccer (MLS) for Chicago Fire and then CF Montréal.
He was transferred to Montreal in August 2022 before lending, and then permanently, to Arda Kardzhali.
His move to Baltika occurs only weeks after the club assured the ascent to the Russian premier.
Standing at 1.91 meters, Offor is expected to add physical presence and goal threat to Baltik’s attack while preparing for life at the upper level. The agreement was officially announced on June 24, 2025
