Colored glass permit policy: sustenance of senior lawyers lawyers declaration of the police not to receive the order of the court

“If Nigeria’s police forces have not been officially served with the orders of the Court, but as the official police spokesman you have the orders registered here attached, can you reasonably say that you have not seen the orders? This tweet shows that you have a copy of the order. Also show that the police are aware of the suspended dispute”.
With the aforementioned declaration, a Senior supporter of Nigeria (San), Jibrin Samuel Okutepa, criticized the position of the official public relations official (FPRO), Benjamin Hundeyin, which the police would not have yet received the official service of the order of the court suspending the application of the colored glass permit policy.
The judge has Ngangijawa of the Federal High Court of Warri, in the state of the delta, in question n. FHC/WR/CS/103/2025, gave the order.
But, in a declaration of Hundeyin, the police said they still had to receive an official service of the Court’s Order.
Okutepa criticized the complaint.

In a response to the police spokesperson on his page X, Okutepa indicated a Hundeyin tweet that included the order of the court, claiming that it shows that the strength is aware of the dispute.
Okutepa informed that the police should support the judicial respect and act in line with global civil standards, even before the formal service is carried out.

“As the main law enforcement agent, it will be beautiful and agrees with civil standards all over the world that the outstanding trials you are aware of being respected by the police institution. This is my honest advice.

“If the police force of Nigeria has not been officially served with the orders of the court, but as the official police spokesman you have the orders registered here, can you reasonably say that you have not seen the orders? This tweet shows that you have a copy of the order. It also shows that the police are also aware of the suspended dispute,” said Okutepa.
