Court to decide on the suspension of Natasha 27 June

Judge Binta Nyako from the Federal High Court, Abuja, on Tuesday improved June 27 for a decision in the case filed by the Central Kogi Senator, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan.

Senator challenged his suspension with the leadership of the upper legislative room.

Senate suspended Akpoti-Uduaghan for alleged violations on March 5.

The MPs were questioned by the Senate Committee on Ethics, privileges and codes of ethics because they refused to comply with the red room settings during the February 20 plenary.

He previously approached the court to hold the senate from suspending him.

The National Assembly, Senate, Senate President, and Chair of the Ethics Committee, Senator Neda Imasuem, were registered as respondents in the lawsuit.
