50 Cent lands $100 million deal to launch Times Square Entertainment Hub

American rapper and entrepreneur Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson has signed a $100 million deal to launch a new entertainment center in New York, marking a significant expansion of his footprint in hospitality and experiential entertainment.

The project, developed in partnership with Robert Earl, founder and CEO of Planet Hollywood, will establish “PH Live” at Planet Hollywood’s Times Square location, according to a company statement.

Designed as a multi-purpose venue, the space will feature state-of-the-art LED technology and host live music performances, film and television premieres, private events and live sports broadcasts, making it an upscale destination in one of the world’s busiest commercial districts.

The development also represents 50 Cent’s first major step in combining restaurant and entertainment concepts, with plans for a dining experience that combines casual offerings with upscale presentation and immersive entertainment.

“It’s about creating the ultimate entertainment destination,” said 50 Cent, while Earl noted that the collaboration aligns with Planet Hollywood’s broader strategy to position itself in the global entertainment landscape, leveraging the artist’s cross-industry influence.
