The area of the local government of Ohaji/Egrabed in the state of IMO celebrated the day of children of 2025 in style with the accusation for parents to get up in their responsibilities to guarantee adequate training of their children.
By presenting the message of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on May 27, Amadioha said that the government will always give priority to the protection of children, a step he has maintained would have been taken through the implementation of the “Nigerian national action plan on the end of the violence against children.
He mentioned the president by saying that the plan recently launched “provides a complete roadmap to prevent abuse, pursue the authors and support the victims, supported by a solid financing and multi -adjustment coordination”.
Amadioha, who was quite satisfied with the huge edition of the children and the efforts of the teachers to see the spectacular of the celebration, urged the parents to govern and correctly direct their children, as well as treating them well.
He said: “The Cildren are special blessings, carefully treat them, love, always protect them. May 27 is a remarkable day for children in all parts of the world and they feel happy to socialize with their peers. It also gives a sense of belonging. Ohaji/Egbema Coith plays a primary role in the protection of children”.
The Head of the Council has declared that the determination of the state government to use more qualified teachers in public schools to improve quality learning, ensuring that the Council, under its administration, will fully report premiums of scholarships to pupils and intelligent students to motivate them on academic excellence and morality.
The President of the LGA has assured that the dilapidated public school structures will be put in good shape, even if he thanked Ezes’ leaders in the locality for giving the event that he described as useful.
Amadioha recalled that as parents, they are their duties to provide the right directions to their children and not being hard for them.
He said: “There is no bad child. It is the way you train your son, in the same way he will be.”

He declared the essence of celebrating the children of the schools in the area who must make them a sense of belonging as counterparts all over the world on May 27, one day put aside to celebrate especially international children.
The celebrants included kindergarten, primary and secondary school children of private and public schools in the locality, held in March with a greeting of honor to the Prime Minister, the Hon. Prince Marcel Amadioha, who received him cheerfully.
