DMO opens subscription for June 2025 Fgn Bonds

The Debt Management Office (DMO) has announced the opening of the Federal Government Savings Bonds (FGN) for June 2025.

In a post on X (previously Twitter) on Monday, DMO said the bond interest rates fell to 17.121% per year from 17.173% offered last month.

According to the agency, the subscription window is open on Monday and will be closed on Friday.

The post reads: “We welcome you this June with: 2-year Fgn Savings Bonds which are due June 11, 2027 at 16.121% PA and; 3-Years of FGN Savigation Bonds due June 11, 2028 at 17.121% PA offers are open tomorrow and closed June 6, 2025, please contact your shares to invest.

“This month’s bond offer includes two options: two -year -old savings bonds on June 11, 2027, with an interest rate of 16.121%, and three -year bonds due on June 11, 2028, offering 17.121%.

“The settlement date for the subscription which was successfully established for 11 September, 11 December, 11 March, and June 11 every year.

“Each bond unit is valued at N1,000, with a minimum subscription of N5,000 and additional investment in the N1,000 multiples, which allows investors to subscribe up to N50 million.

“This offer gives Nigeria the opportunity to invest in bonds supported by the government, contributing to the stability of personal and national financial.”
