Edo Mob Killings: Gov Okpebholo Defined Head of the State Security Corps, apologize to Kano Govt, the victim’s family

The Governor of the State Edo, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has ordered the direct suspension of the Commander of the Edo State Security Corps, CP. Friday Ibadin (RTD.), Together with all unregistered vigilante groups who operate in the state following the death sentence without a terrible court of several northern travelers by the mob.

Okpebholo, who announced the steps in a statement on Sunday signed by the Secretary of the State Government, Umar Musa Ikhilor, also reached the government and the state canoeing of the State where the deceased was reported to have originated and apologized on behalf of the Edo people on the judge’s forest handed down to the northern person who was said to be a hunter.

“The state government Edo reiterated its belief in the rights of citizens who are guaranteed constitutionally to move freely or involved in legal businesses in any part of the country.

“Meanwhile, the government is related to the families of the victims, community leaders and the government of the canoe state where most of the deceased reportedly originated.

“We urge all parties involved to remain calm because the state government remains committed to ensuring that justice is carried out in the most efficient, transparent and proactive way,” the statement reads.
