Engugu tuc chair greets Nanpf on the commitment of the well -being of the players

The President of the State of Enugu of the Comrabo Ben Asogwa in Enugu expressed applauded at the National Association of Nigerian Professional Footders (Nanpf) on their determination and commitment to improve the well -being, fortunes and the entire well -being of the Nigerian players for greater excellence.

He made it known to the journalists of Enugu on 13/8/2025 during a courtesy visit by the members of the chapter of the state of Nanpf Enugu.

Asogwa said: “The time has come to start paying attention to the well -being and well -being of the players. I thank the union of the players of Nigeria to be standing on this and the TUC will leave nothing to be understood in helping to achieve praisable goals of Nanpf.”

According to him “there are many problems on the poor management of these players ranging from non -compliance with the contractual terms of the players, non -payment of bonuses, correspondence allowances and other incentives due to players.

“Today, you can see that the players are due, abandoned when they are sick and so many bad care against them because they cannot speak but now we have Nanpf in affiliation with Tuc to make things work.

“These players commit the entire age and their productive time to clubs and are abandoned to become a responsibility for themselves and for the entire company.

“We will work with Nanpf to move towards packages that change the life that will support players even when they are no longer active.

“Most of them when they finish playing and as far as they are managed badly without an adequate wellness scheme during their active days, they seem worn and live a type of pitiful life. This is not good, we must guarantee that the well -being of the players, well -being is a priority.”

Speaking also during the event, the President of the ENUGUY State of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria, his partner Gideon Iwueke thanked the union of the players with their praisable approaches and measures aimed at ensuring that the well -being and well -being of the players have improved to make them remain continually productive even after their game period.

He has ensured an effective SWAN partnership to improve the mobilizations of the interested parties and contribute to making the interested parties responsible in terms of the well -being of players and general well -being.
