Speaking of the inspiration of the song, Chris Bright shared the way “Enyim Oma” was born during a period of prayer and reflection:
“The chorus of this song came to me in my heart while I was praying. It was not just a melody, it was a message directly from the sky. I wrote it from a place of deep personal experience, when the friends I trusted of I leaned away, but God intervened. It became a friend that I never knew I needed and still today.”
The song is built on powerful writings such as Proverbs 18:24, “There is a friend who attacks more to a brother”, and John 15: 13-15, where Jesus reminds his followers his permanent friendship and love.
