The song, deeply rooted in personal experience and in the spiritual revelation, reminds the listeners that while the world can fail, Jesus Christ remains the friend who never leaves, never disappoints and never abandons himself.

A song was born in the secret place
Speaking of the inspiration of the song, Chris Bright shared the way “Enyim Oma” was born during a period of prayer and reflection:
“The chorus of this song came to me in my heart while I was praying. It was not just a melody, it was a message directly from the sky. I wrote it from a place of deep personal experience, when the friends I trusted of I leaned away, but God intervened. It became a friend that I never knew I needed and still today.”

The song is built on powerful writings such as Proverbs 18:24, “There is a friend who attacks more to a brother”, and John 15: 13-15, where Jesus reminds his followers his permanent friendship and love.

A collaboration rooted in the spiritual connection
The collaboration with Evang. Chinyere Uchechi is more than a musical partnership, it is the result of years of tutoring, spiritual coverage and prophetic alignment
“Evang. Chinyere has been like a mother for me since my first days in the choir. He poured me into me spiritually, mentally, and otherwise. Years ago, he has prophesied that God would take me far to the ministry and now, having his characteristic in this song is a moment in full circle that I do not take it for granted”, shared Chris Bright.
