Facebook page claim That the police said it would give the number of N10 million to social media critics and VDM activists “after he boldly saved the life of a driver who was shot during the kidnapping effort in the state of Edo.”

Viral claims that security agents have promised to provide millions of naira to praise citizens have been shared by thousands of social media users.
