Forum of Gwagwalada Elders to guide the 20th anniversary of the Gwagwalada League

Abuja (basic reporter) in a move seen as a gesture of respect and honor, the Gwagwalada football advice has delivered the organization of the 20th anniversary of the Gwagwalada League at the Gwagwalada Elders forum in recognition of their “contribution involved in the development and unit of football” in the area.

The reference edition of the Gwagwalada League should light the excitement between football lovers in all of Gwagwalada and the wider territory of the federal capital (FCT), with the organizers who promise a tournament that “will put supporters and fans in the free”.

The anniversary planning committee will be led by the elderly Patrick Ngwaogu and includes respective figures such as coach Pascal Dauda, coach Thompson Ojukwu, coach Chiwuba Anhierobi and coach Joshua Oomojuyigbe, among others – all described as “men of great reputation and cunning administrators”.

Expressing joy for the composition of the Committee, Ibrahim Bako, president of the Gwagwalada Football Council, said: “We are really happy to have these great men in the Gwagwalada football ecosystem”.

Bako has also published a request for corporate sponsorships and support from “football lovers” to help deliver what he described as the best league in the FCT.

The 20th anniversary of the Gwagwalada League should serve not only as a celebration of the history of football, but also as a platform to inspire the next generation of players in the region.
