Frank Onyaka reveals Brentford Target for the season

Super Eagles midfielder, Frank Onyaka, spoke with Brila.net about the beginning of the new campaign with Brentford.

The midfielder argued to work under Keith Andrews, as well as other club issues, including players’ outings.

“It’s good because when I was in Germany, he was in Brentford, but returning and talking to him was great. It was good that we had that conversation along with the rest of the staff. It was a great change, seeing new coaches and medical staff, but he also felt good to return,” said Onyaka.

He also reflected on the game of key teammates.

“Many of my teammates have abandoned the club, passing on Mbeumo, Yane Wissa. How do I feel?

In his goals for the campaign, Onyaka shared: “Trying to help the team finish well.”

Onyaka joined Brentford in 2021 from FC Midtjylland, but spent last season on FC Augsburg.

He has made 82 appearances for the Premier League team and obtained 32 caps for the Nigerian national team.

The 27 -year -old operates mainly as a central midfielder, but is equally comfortable in a defensive role when necessary.
