Heartland Queens Survives Ekiti Queens threatens

Heartland Queens FC yesterday at Dan Anyiam Stadium Owerri Pip Ekiti Queens FC of 1-0 in week 9 of the NWFL.

The game that started at 16:00 under an atmosphere of Clement and a poor crowd with the women of Owerri Land taking the kick -off.

Before yesterday’s game, Owerri’s team is in sixth place in the register with 8 teams and had collected 5 miserable points, while the Biodun Oyebanji girls had 9 points and are positioned in 5th place in the trunk.

The girls of Obi Obla despite having dropped points in most of their games in the first verse of the League believed they could still fill the gap on the leaders of the League in their group and entered the match with all the seriousness and were ready to recover their kilos of meat.

Towards the end of the game, the referee assigned a penalty to the home team that was not converted on goal by the girls of Owerri.

All the efforts of the away team to equalize have proved to be abortion while the solid back for the head of Heartland has maintained the status quo.
