IPOB mocks the Nigerian government, the ‘mercenary’ claim is presented as a DSS witness in the Kanu trial

The IGBO separatist group that was prohibited, the native of Biafra (IPOB), once again accused the Nigerian government of presenting witnesses of mercenaries and fakes in the ongoing trial from the detained leader, Nnamdi Kanu.

The Secretary of the Media and Publicity of the Group, Emma Powerful, who made the accusation in a statement, said the key witness to the prosecution in the court during the new trial on Wednesday was the “mercenary who lied” wrongly presented as the operation of the State Service Department (DSS).

Strong noteing that it was striking that the witness was a mercenary because he was so incompetent so he did not know the answers to the basic things in the trial.

“Today in court, called prosecution suffering a destroying blow when the star witness, with the PW3-CCC code name, was truly humiliated, demolished, and exposed as a mercenary who was disguised as a member of DSS,” said IPOB’s spokesman.

“This play money is so sad and incompetent that even ordinary funnels from the government in the media landscape that are compromised are forced to become total and embarrassing silence.

“The fraudsters who took a stand today claimed to be intelligence operations, but under the cross examination could not even identify the name of the highest ranking investigation officers at the DSS headquarters, Assistant Director of Investigation (AD Investigation).

“For anyone who claims to have something to do with the DSS investigation in 2015, the failure itself proves convincingly that this man is a fraud and his testimony is a lie produced.

“Even more burdensome is the inability of witnesses to identify the location of the DSS underground detention facility, which is allegedly used to hold famous people such as activists Omoyle Sowore.

“His ignorance spoke a lot. No one who really worked at DSS would not know that. The level of confusion and inability of federal witnesses who should only strengthen what we had said since the first day: the Nigerian government made evidence, shop for facts, and use mercenary to sustain cases of collapse built on political retaliation, not law.

“We will be forced once again to remind the international community and justice lovers everywhere that the Federal Nigerian government has reached the depths of new shame and despair in its evil and political motivated trials from our leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

“The courtroom saw an insult to the prosecutor and his prosecution team in real time, when their witnesses stumbled, were shaken, and contradicted themselves to irrelevant.

“Imprace is not only their own, it belongs to Nigeria, because he chose to continue with this play even though he did not have a case in law or in reality.

“Tomorrow, they might try to spin to the” transmitter “of ghosts- problems that have been decided in an appeal court, or other jokes, but the world is watching.

“Every despair they do only emphasize what we always know: This is a political persecution, not prosecution.

“The prosecution team with integrity will submit today’s nolle prosequi to attract this nonsense and save what small face left.

“But shame is a foreign concept in the corridor of power in Nigeria, so on the contrary, they will dig deeper into the holes they created.

“The world must act. The international community must speak. Delayed justice is justice rejected, and in this case, justice is buried under Mount Terngikan,” strong urged.
