JAM 2025: What if you have lost the SIM card and you cannot access your JAM gate

   You will be asked to provide personal information such as your registration number, full name, date of birth and other details to confirm your identity.
2. Request for profile recovery or update of the profile code: Jam staff can help you update your phone number in their system after checking you.
3. Reset your mounting profile password: After updating your phone number, you can request a password reset via the JAM portal.
   Alternatively, the amount office can help you reset it directly.
4. Go with a valid identity card: You must transport an identity card such as your school identifier, your national identifier or any valid identification means to prove your identity at the assembly office.
