Joe Aribo anxious to leave Southampton to avoid championship football

Joe Aribo is open to leave Southampton after the descent of the Premier League club last season.

It was the second descent of Aribo of the Premier League, and the player is now looking for a movement in which he can play first level football and obtain a regular game time.

The newly promoted Turkish side Göztepe, RB Leipzig, Trabzonspor and the rangers are all admirers of the Nigerians.

Göztepe and Trabzonspor approached Southampton for the midfielder, but the agreements did not progress due to the lack of arrival of an agreement.

Without official Rangers or RB Leipzig offers, the EFL championship season with the Saints is likely.

The first game of the club is against the newly promoted side Wrexham.

It is said that the newly appointed chief coach Will has Aibo in his plans for the next season.

Last season, Aribo played 32 league games for Southampton, scoring three goals.

He operates mainly as a central midfielder, but can also be implemented in a more defensive role.
