Just in: APC Chieftain, Jesutega Onokpasa, died

A head of the all progressive Congress (APC), Jesutega Onokpasa, died.

The lawyer and the important political commentator died on Monday, said a crusader in favor of the APC, Okezie Atani, on his account x Tuesday.

Atani said that the important political commentator survived his wife and children.

He wrote: “We lost Barr. Jesutega Onokpasa, he can rest in perfect peace.”

A Facebook page, entitled: “Renewed Hope United Kingdom”, he also wrote a tribute, entitled: “A farewell to an passionate lawyer: honor the legacy of Jesutega Onokpasa”, to announce the death of the late Chieftain.

He wrote: “The passage of the lawyer Jesutega Oonokpasa is a profound loss for the Nigerian political and legal panorama. As a dedicated lawyer and political commentator, he was deeply committed to modeling the speech and supporting his beliefs.

“His contribution as a member of the APC advertising committee and the Council of the APC presidential campaign in 2023 reflected his commitment to his party and the nation.

“The voice of Onokpasa, in support or criticism, was a vital part of the democratic conversation of Nigeria, and her absence will be deeply felt. His family, her friends and colleagues can find strength and comfort in this difficult moment.
